I am a security and public safety leader with more than 20 years of progressive experience in higher education and complex operating environments.
My career has advanced from frontline public safety operations to security management, giving me a practical understanding of security at every level—from daily operations and incident response to personnel leadership, investigations, preparedness and program management.
I combine that operational foundation with an MBA-informed management approach centered on clear standards, accountable teams, sound judgment, strong documentation and collaborative relationships.

Security Manager

Direct security operations and supervise approximately 14 officers. Lead staffing and personnel functions, incident response, investigations, access control, SOP development, special-event security, vendor coordination and oversight of a $700K+ annual security operating budget.
